Actually the cartoon of Rathbun mating with Miscavige with accompanying squirrel sex noises is intended purely to draw attention to the fact that for some time Rathbun has had the upper hand over Miscavige. There is no inference of homophobia.

Of course, it's primary function is to ridicule the cult. On more serious matters, Miscavige should really be investigated by the FBI. But until that happens he will be mercilessly ridiculed. Nothing is sacred where he is concerned.
