By Emily, age 9. From Greek mythology, Prometheus steals fire, and Pandora opens the box.

Pictures were made with watercolors & Sharpie markers. Adobe Photoshop and After Effects software were used to create the animation. The Puppet Tool in After Effects was used extensively.

  • are you nine years old?

  • @MsDeathangel956 The little girl who made this was, at the time, nine years old. As of this writing, that was two years ago.

  • Great job. What software did you use to create this?

  • @5fishsam Pictures were made with watercolors and Sharpie markers. Computer stuff was done with Adobe Photoshop and After Effects.

  • great job on this vid emily exept in most stories i heard about this it was a jar not a box other than that 5/5

  • @tish246 Okay, yeah, but in most of the retellings since the 16th century, it's been the mistranslation of the "box" instead of the jar, so when we're dealing with fourth graders, the box it is. :) Thanks for the kind words!
