http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com - Annmarie went out to film this show without me...

When she came back she put a tray in front of me with something that looked exactly like egg salad.

I said to her, "are you back on eggs?"

She laughed and said, "no, it's a raw food not egg salad."

I tried it. It was amazing.

  • I agree with the other posters about the renegade sign, either more transparent or put it on the side or something. It does make things harder to see. But it's still a great video. =)

  • your bar that lists your website is pretty annoying... wish you could move it, make it smaller or better yet, remove it entirely once the vid starts

  • I agree about the banner. I love all of your shows, but that banner is frequently in the way in the food prep shows. :(

  • Help Yourself...love this place! We have a timeshare in K.W. and are down there for two weeks every summer. I just discovered this cafe last summer and it was a god-send as I was newly going high-raw. Their raw tacos are awesome...wish I were there (instead of NY) right now! :)

  • I love coconut and pineapple juice. Cant beat it! :D

  • I love eatting dried, shredded coconut plain and I either just drink the water or I use it in smoothies. Here's a cookie recipe that I loved!

I used shredded, dried coconut; pecan flour; oats, soaked and dehydrated; some coarsely chopped pecans, soaked and dehydrated; a banana; a pinch of salt; a little agave; a little vanilla; and a little cinnamon. You can use some cacao powder if you want. That's good too!

  • thanks so much for your videos...i am just beginning this raw food journey and appreciate the insights your provide.

like others have said, perhaps you could move the tag line bar because it often gets in the way of the action!

    thanks again.

  • I love putting coconuts in smoothies and i eat mature coconuts plain :) Awesome video!

  • What is the "mayonnaise" made of?

  • I love to use my homemade dried coconut ground into a course flour mixed with dried pinapple(homemade) rehydrated over night with just enough water to swell. Put coconut flour, pinapple(with) water, vanilla, and some celtic sea salt to taste in food processor, blend untill almost creamy, form into cookie shapes onto dehydrater sheets, set drier to 105 degrees, and dry for 6 to 8 hours. The longer, the cruchier they will be. Tropical maccaroons. Yummy!!!!!

  • Anne-Marie, you are SO BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

  • I like young coconuts in smoothies and dressings. Mature coconut is great to make a choc. or carob pudding with. I'd love to try this salad!
