A small briggs and stratton running on hydrogen and oxygen from an ondemand electrolysis unit. The video was done on a phone (Quality Poor)... The engine is started on petrol, the petrol immediately switched off... it takes over 1 minute for the petrol to run out and the pure gas (HHO) from water takes over... Mmmm, super smooth, quiet, no fumes... Just got to make more gas to run the car!

INSTRUCTIONS:

Leave the carb as it is....

Take the air filter off and fit a face plate to attach your new inputs on...

You want in air in tap for running on petrol and a gas in tap for the HHO

The HHO needs a really small tube to carry it as close to the intake inside the engine as u possibly can to keep a pressure as it enters the manifold...

And thats it! ;)

Start her on fuel and count how long it takes for the engine to rev lean as it runs out of fuel...Our little Briggs motor took approx 27 seconds to run out of fuel, so as soon as it goes waaeer! Tunr off the air intake tap and slowly start to add the HHO... Keep your eye on the HHO, you dont want to allow to much gas to flow, you need to maintain system pressure...

As you hear in the video, the engine then settles in for another 30-40 seconds, this is the last 2 seconds of fuel being stretched out by the HHO... Then the engine note changes again into super quiet mode, the fuel has run out! WHack the HHO tap on full and thats it!

Once it is happy you can then tweak the air mixture tap to get more power...

A good strong stainless bubbler is an essential safety device and if necessary a secondary gas chamber to allow a small buffer stock of gas in the system (Depends on your electrolyser setup)

We used a car battery for power but if you have one, a tig welding power supply will give more control over the gas production rate so you can match it to the motors needs... We had to keep adjusting the electrolyte mix until we got a nice steady 30amps...

  • From the comments it looks as if you've been having some kind of argument about the point of this engine?

You do realize straight petrol would be cheaper than unnecessarily burning fossil fuel to generate the electricity to perform the electrolysis don't you?

I mean, all this engine does is demonstrate what we already know about water cleavage. It's very fucking expensive. In this case, in the region of 300W~

  • @ourben - Sorry to insult you, but you seem to be a bit stupid and short sighted!

  • How many amps / volts are being used in the electrolosis setup you have? you mentioned 30 amps, but what is the voltage? I'm curious of the wattage it uses. amps * volts

  • 12v... 20-30 amps... 240-360 watts

  • @waterboost

So 360 Watts is equivalent to 1/2 of a horsepower to run a lawnmower engine at idle capable of doing no useful work. Has NASA been informed of this important new discovery

  • @1smoker75 - The only important discovery today is that YOU... whoever that is... ARE a retard... stop posting on all my vids... at least I am real, my kit is real and I know who I am... Do U?

  • @waterboost

Now now temper temper!...don't post video's on the internet if you can't handle positive and negative feedback. I used to call people names when I lost an argument............when I was a 6 year old in the playground

  • @frankiethedrill Yeah but that's not what we're talking about is it.

  • @ourben Yea look here dummy...I have heard that said by others that also do not have there facts strait. Have you ever heard of wind or solar power??? Then you can make your hydrogen from that "green" power thus no fossil fuel at all.

  • look up daniel dingle... he has a few cars running on hydrogen, however they are only using a 0.5-5A electrical pulse to split water and his can and does sustain itself off of the one battery in the car! check it out, you can build one easily and its CHEAP!! also the hydrogen is on demand! so there is no storage unit. it produces vast amounts more hydrogen than the "brute force" way that you are doing it, with little or no waste. the cell stays cool

  • I thoght everything was going to be ok once we started using roll on dedorant. Dosent matter what use E=Mc2 once you run out of m there is no E.

  • @ourben I'm = it's

  • @waterboost I'm more of a surprise than an insult sugar tits. You haven't made a self running water engine. Sorry. The bonds in water are far too stable in this atmosphere with this chemistry. If it wasn't so, the planet wouldn't be two thirds covered by it.

Slightly insane people have always pushed the cutting edge of technology. So carry on driving for efficiency, that's fantastic. Just don't tell people you've done the physically impossible... you might end up believing your own hype.
