Let's Play Grandia 2 [Pt. 32]: Eye Came, Eye Saw, Eye Conquered

Don't worry, you won't see too many more instances of the word "eye" in the titles. ;)

This isn't the only strategy to beat Valmar's Eye by any means, but in my opinion it's the easiest. Glad I decided to work this out off-screen, because let me tell you my first practice battle was a disaster.

Okay this boss is the hardest of the game if you don't power up your stats like you did. I hated the Boss because of it's overpowered Eyes and meh

Yeah, I did a practice fight just going in as I was without any particular strategy off-screen. I won, but it took like 30 minutes. Constant sleep/confusion as well as massive area of effect damage, even without the four eyeball bats is quite annoying. I'd have to agree.

At least the move Millenia gets from the eye is overpowered. XD

The only one i've ever died from would be one of the ones at the end

I love a lot of the art work on the spells in this game especially godzap!

Dude I died so many times before I won this battle..... Seems like I finally won by going after the eyeball bats first, then concentrating on the boss. A nightmarish battle nonetheless.
