People seek out victims, and they want so badly to idealize them. Either to save them, or feel stronger than them, or laugh at them...whatever the case may be. I have Venus in the 12th house, Pisces Ascendant and Neptune in the 10th house. The problem with victim, is that once a person is labeled by a group or person as being as such, they are told to no longer be one. And then when they decide to no longer be a victim, everyone's ideas and projections of them must change. Thus, hatred ensues.

Virgos are the caretakers of the zodiac after all. Compassion is more instinctive than intentional.

With a Sag Mars conj Moon in my 1st house and a Virgo Midheaven and Venus in Virgo -- I have rarely, if ever, experienced compassion from others.

my mom's a virgo and nobody shows compassion towards her because he methods of gaining compasion couldn't be more see through.....
i think if ppl see that you're after compassion, they're not going to give it to you....and if they see that you're being strong in a difficult situation without looking for sympathy then you'll get it....
however, i don't get compassion, i don't seek it, but i want it....i feel like i have it hard, but i hide it so no one can even see my suffering (btw, i'm taurus)

My family doesn't ever feel sorry for me...
But strangers often show me compassion when I'm in a nice mood. :-)
Because my parents especially show me very little compassion, I rarely feel that I deserve it from others. I was expected to take care of myself - especially emotionally.
So I lick my wounds in private and people never know about my hardships.

I'm a virgo, but i'm not sure if people feel sorry for me because i don't like sympathy and i don't pay attention to it. How can i tell? BTW, pieces have a way of playing the victim as well...lol!
