I have the HP Envy 17. It's really good! The only bad things is, that it's pretty loud, and it gets really warm in no time! But otherwise it's perfect

Does this model overheat? Make excessive fan noise over time? And do the graphics switch manually or automatically?

@unholydeath123 Graphics can be switched manually or auto. It doesn't overheat but the fan can produce noise that is noticeable when the room is quiet.

@JaseRIxz2 honestly, with Netflix HD streaming, Amazon HD movie/tv downloads, and other services, who needs BluRay? Disc-based media is a dying breed...
