Inventor/ I personally have had it with SMOKING and wanted to come up with a simple technique to quit. Trust me in the end you will thank me and you will be happy tp post a comment on just how simple it really was to QUIT!
Here is where we begin. On your next purchase simply remove the seal and open your favorite brand. Now simply remove 5 cigarettes and place them in an empty pack for later. You will replace those five cigarettes with a small pair of "school scissors". The scissors will remain in your pack at all times.
STEP 1. After you light up and smoke half way down, "cut" just above the fire
leaving you a half cigarette for later. You must wait at least 30 to 45 minutes for your next light up. NO CHEATING! Yes you will feel a slight "craving" and even that can be controlled through hard candy drops. A big help on your way to success. Keep your scissors with you at all times! After your first 30 days you should be smoking 3 to 5 less cigarettes per day and it gets even better!
STEP 2. Your metabolism will begin to slow down on your way into the 60th
day. If you followed these directions faithfully, than you must really want to quit smoking. You will soon take note that you are making less stops at your favorite "smoke stop". Day 60 you should be at almost 50%. If not, you will by
setting a goal for yourself and your loved ones. At the 90 day mark yet? How
are you doing? By this time you will actually be able to control many of the cravings simply by waiting for 10 minutes and it will go away! I promise !

STEP 3. I went 120 days and now you need a quit date and this must be a date
that you will always remember. I chose my mothers Birthday for my quit date.
By the way, have you noticed FSC on the side of the pack? FIRE SAFETY CIGARETTE. Just how does this work? There are round vapor rings all the way down the paper. Those vapor rings consist of "carpet glue" believe it or not! Once you re-light it up notice that different taste?
I recently purchased my 42" flat screen from my efforts Am now saving my cigarette money for down payment on my new car soon! You won't stink anymore.

  • @hbmathena Remember you must pick a quit date. As that date will be one you'll never forget.Perhaps your Birthday for example. What a Birthday present to youself ! You can do it, after 42 yrs. Stopping by using this system. 90% is mental and 10% is habit! Very soon many treats will come your way. New set of tire in only

    6 wks. If 2 people smoke a pack a day, $300.00 to $500.00 per mth. With that extra cash left over is your reward.

    Not to mention 80% less colds and you can breath again.U DO IT

  • i think its all in my head,,,,i got locked up for 21 days and not one time did i think about or crave a ciggaret at all,,,,,then i got out and smoked a.s.a.p, ,,i need to stop but i cant get in that same mind set,,???? ,,you only have to stop for 3 days and after that its nothing but in your mind,,i look at my baby girls and i know i have to stop but i cant,,,i have been drug and alchohol free for 6 years and have never cheated one time at all but i just cant stop smoking,,i think its in my head

  • @TheSleepermgm Did you try my method?Only 1/2 smoke everytime you light up. In 3 to 4 months you can quit,but you keep telling yourself you can't and thats why.If you think about all the positive factors about quitting.

    The first 3 months I went down a got me a 42" flat screen.Now I can sit around and watch TV,get fat and then drop over with a heart attack!
