The referee should have shown second yellow card to the defending player but instead he "forgot". Then after the execution of the penalty kick which end up in the back of the net, he claimed that the player stopped during his run and tricked the keeper. He disallowed the goal and gave a free kick to the opponents.

You seem that you dont know the regulations of a hand ball. As long as is 3 meters far away from the play and it effects the course of the ball is a pk,nevertheless if the arm is extended. Secondly, when the player poses you show him a yellow card and a retake, not an indirect kick.Read the rules or even better watch the sport and then talk.
