I just picked this game up and you are missing a whole lot by not seeing the cover of the game.
It makes sense when I think about it, but I still turn it face down when it is sitting out.

Ah, I miss this game! The 2nd Super Bust-a-Move uses 3D and it just looks hideous, haha.

Super Bust-A-Move (or Super Puzzle Bobble in Japan) departed from the original art style in favor of a new one. And ironically, Bub and Bob are relegated as sidekicks for new characters. At least they're around unlike the Xbox game.

Thankfully, it was the last Puzzle Bobble game published by Acclaim. The US PS2 cover isn't as hideous as the US Saturn cover for BAM 2, but it's still odd. The game was released on the GameCube under the title Bust-A-Move 3000 (or BAM All-Stars in Europe).
