In one of our previous videos we covered installing KDE (or the kubuntu-desktop packages) to setup KDE as our alternate desktop environment. When we did this, we also installed KDM (and I set it as my default login screen). If you did the same thing, you'll have noticed your login screen now looks very different from pre-KDE installation.
This video will step us through setting LightDM (the default 11.10 login screen) back to default. The Terminal command you'll be using to do this is:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure kdm
