  • My two heelers, Trouble and BooBoo died 30 days apart from each other in 2002. I cried like a baby and this video made me cry again. I have decided that I am ready to have another heeler.

This one is NOT going to eat shit food as I believe that is why they both died of cancer at 7 and 8. I am going to make her food and or she is going to eat as naturally possible.

Anyway, it was kind of you to put this video up. I love having a dog in my life and haven't been without a dog since???

  • Thank you for your comment. We now have Mulch(Red cattle dog) and Ally(Blue Cattle dog female) We have just got 9 puppies from them. They are 3 weeks old and we are looking for good homes for them. They will only go to people we approve of and a clause that says if they ever want to get rid of the dog we will take it back. we are located in brisbane.they are really good looking pups.

  • Hi. Im very sorry for your loss.I still miss Buck and its been 4 years

  • Sorry to hear Buck passed away. When my heeler passed I took his tags, put them on a chain and I wear them to this day. Not a day goes by that I dont think about him. Hang in there.

  • Thank you for your comment.2 weeks after Buck passed away I got him tattooed on my arm with his collar tattooed all the way around. Its been 2 and a half years now and I still miss him. Cheers,Chris

  • So sorry for your loss but what a fitting tribute, especially the rides in your ute, he LOVED that eh? I agree he was a wonderful boy and the best companion you could have. You'll never have another Buck but you might find another cattlekid who needs a family to love. Just a thought. Take care and all the best.

  • Thank you for your kind comments.Buck was with me for 13 years.2 weeks before he passed a red cattle pup turned up at our door. For the best part of his last 2 weeks Buck took the little red pup on his rounds of the property as he did everyday. Now Mulch as we have called him does the rounds everyday. Chris

  • I too had a blue heeler named Brindy who I lost last March. We got him from a local shelter at 18 months and we enjoyed his companionship so much. He was a smart dog who enjoyed chasing tennis balls and squirrels. We miss him a lot so I sure enjoyed watching the videos of this amazing breed.

  • Sorry for your loss. ACDs will do that to your heart! I will never have another breed! Much love to you!
