Observing from the outside, the installation consists of a black, quadrate pillar (50 x 50 cm) about 170 cm tall, with a round hole at the height of human eye, which enables a look into the inner space of the pillar. Inside, at the same height, there is a prism object. Its four sides are mirrors, reflecting each other, and the fifth side is a TV screen that sends a short film about water. Reflections inside the prism make an impression of geometrically structured endless space, within which the film is being multiplied and thus makes an abstract, imaginary form. The film sends a sound of water as well (earphones are provided). The water sound mixes with the sound of a traditional instrument from Java gamelan, additionally creating an irrational quality of the entire picture.
The videos presenting the picture of water multiplied by reflections into the endless geometrical space symbolizes all the water in all the structures of living and unliving world, whose presence and importance we usually are not conscious of.
