Heavy duty single end tenoning machine with programmed CNC anti splitting cycle and twin table operation for sequenced production. Suitable for producing either square or round end tenons, of high quality and accuracy. Dowels can also be produced. Programming is very simple and quick thanks to the pre-installed electronic macro templates. Due to the programmable nature of the machine manual mechanical settings are very few thus making it very quick to change to different size tenons. Memory storage of approx 1000 pieces. The twin tables do not move during the work cycle assuring high precision machining. As standard the machine is equipped with a TCT disposable tip cutter block that not only produces the tenon, but can also 'hogg' the material to length. On special request the machine can be specified to produce a tenon of up to 350mm long.
