  • They should be very responsible to ensure patient trust.

  • @benarlington and Radiation Therapy Technologist which is pretty much what she is, make 58-83k year

  • @benarlington Radiologic Technologist US avg. is 40,000-56,000 a year

  • @veralau93 No, you choose to do a course in diagnostic radiography or a course in radiotherapy. Both are three year courses and some uni's may let you switch course at the end of your first year. In diagnostic, once you graduate and get some experience in general x-rays, you may chose to specialize in an area such as MRI, Nuclear Medicine, CT, Dexa scanning, or do a postgrad course in sonography (ultrasound) which what I plan on doing =)

  • @Chriskibob182 so while studying for your degree u get to op. to specialize in diagnostic or therapy? is there a yr of specialization?

  • A radiology technecien makes from $ 32 000 to $50 000 a years. depends of the experience.

  • Diagnostic. Theres a shortage of Diagnostic radiographers, so students tend to go that way as there are more job opportunities. Thats why I did anyway. Theres a bigger range of areas to specialize in aswell which made it more apealing to me.

  • Does anyone know which is more popular for prospective students, diagnostic or theraputic?

  • @kjarlsn
