Well they are changed forms of basic words "ratunek" which means saving and "pomoc" which means "help". In polish they have basicly the same meaning although there are rare cases where both cant be used in all cases. For example: "Potrzebuje pomocy" means "I need help" while "Potrzebuje ratunku" would mean "I need to be saved".

@ToscikXD I think the magic of this movie captivates everyone, no matter what language you watch it in. :D

@mcmptn i totally agree... I WOULD LIKE TO BE ENGLISH TO HEAR THIS THING :DDDD but i'm polish, i understand and all magic fade away :(

4:12 Mufasa must have a good undertaker. He looks really good for having fallen from a cliff.
Polish Simba sounds cuter and more helpless than English Simba.
(I don't want a bunch of people pushing "thumbs down" for this comment. If you don't like it, read someone else's comment, and ignore mine.)

@pickleband "Ratunku" is related to verb "ratować" and it means "to rescue". "Pomocy" is related to verb "pomagać" and this one means "to help". First one is used only when the life is in danger. "Pomocy" can be used like "ratunku" but it can be also used as simple "help" for some kind of task, for example: "Potrzebuję pomocy żeby to naprawić" - "I need help to fix it". :)

I jeszcze błąd: "But THE King is dead". Reszta ok.

Ja bym spróbował przetłuamczyć inaczej ryczek. Tak jak dog->dogy - roar->roary xD. I mały błąd: "Did you hear" - zazu mówi w czasie teraźniejszym, nie że "Słyszałeś Panie?" więc raczej "Do you hear". Nie jestem też pewien tłumaczenia "Co robić?" na What'll we do" - to raczej znaczyło "Co my zrobimy?". Jak dla mnie raczej "What to do" (???). A Przerwana wypowiedź Zazu raczej: " "I'll inform everyone right awa...I raczej "After all, noe one would..." (bo nie chodzi o to, że nikt by nie potrafił.)
What's the differene between 'ratunku' and 'pomocy'? Is it formal?
