If you like satay you will LOVE this simple easy recipe. Make your own authentic tasting Ginger and Peanut Spiced Chicken with ingredients you will find in your pantry!

The ingredients are...

500g (1 pound) skinless, boneless chicken breast fillet, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon finely grated fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup Campbell's Real Chicken Stock
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tsp hot chilli sauce or to taste
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
4 green onions/ scallions/ spring onions/ shallottes , sliced

  • Hello Greg, my husband doesn't like too hot and I accidently put too much chilli. I took the chicken out with some sauce, and added fresh cream. It turned out beautiful. Can't wait till he gets home so he can taste it! Just making some macaroni right now, it should be a success!
