I agree that it's fruitless to argue too much with Calvinists. You can refute every single thing they bring up and they will start asking the same questions over and over again or as he said will say 'no one really understands that verse.' I'm puzzled how people could get sucked into such a demonic doctrine.

I agree with this one point-Limited Atonement is unscriptural as John Calvin did not nteach it and it came out 60 yrs after his death.

Of course I wander how one judges a believers fervor and passion as cult like and then go on to state Calvinism is Christianity with out Christ.

Calvinism is cultish because Calvinists will go to the word of God with their bias and presupposition (Calvinism) and see it everywhere they look. That's the classic mistake made by the cults and all false teachers. That is eisegetics in which a person goes to the Scripture to prove his point ....or make his argument without regard for what God actually said.

Calvinism is Christianity without Christ because the Jesus of Calvinism didn't die for everyone, when Scripture says that He did.
Romans 5:6  ¶For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

In Calvinism you cannot repent from sin if you did not do evil freely as Calvinism logically teaches. And if you did repent, the truth is that you are only sorry for God to have made you evil as nothing is done in Calvinism but by decree causally. In Calvinism you are arguing that God has done a sorry thing. And you are sorry He does evil things to man.

2 Cor 7:10 For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.

Its interesting that I am doing a historical critical study of the Hebrew Bible and Genesis Chapter 3 was to show the inheritance of man's moral discernment (ability to know right from wrong) and not that man inherited sin (think about it, the tree did not give us the Knowledge of Good and Evil because man was already committing an evil act by disobeying God in the first place). Rather, man was acting a free moral choice by disobeying God.

if man has "free" will than he will only choose EVIL - Genesis 6:5 Genesis 8:21

so if "man's "freewill" would be necessary for salvation, than salvation would not be possible, therefore "Salvation is of the Lord".

Group hug, after slandering and attacking us? yeah right. I don't like disrupters and trouble makers who come under the guise of an innocent bystander.
vansosa78 you are now blocked. Go play footsies with someone else. I'm here to talk about Calvinism with those who are seriously seeking the truth about this false doctrine.
