Eric van Riet Paap - 200 meter dynamic freediving (NR)

This is my 200 meter dive that took 3m28s. I swam it during a freediving competition organized by shark-freediving.com

very interesting combo with armstroke and a nice relaxed dive! Eric you are an innovator!

are hand paddles allowed here? i found it's much easier to dive with them then without. (monofin works even betetr for me)

interesting indeed combining monovin technique with no fins armstroke, I believe it's the first time that this technique is being used with a 200 meter dynamic performance, so I guess we have to call it " vanrietpaapen" !
