@JulesWinfeild264 Nope, That's a Clavia Nord Elektro 2 with a clavinet sound and some Envelope wah on top.
-
those keys are so sick
-
that is NOT a clavinet.
-
Oh how I love my Nord. I wish I could afford to upgrade to the Electro 3 instead of the 2--word is that the D6 samples are a little better on top of everything else.
-
@andrewburrells what do you mean by that? just want to know.
-
You likes Nord keyboads, isnt'it? haha
-
when i first looked at the title i thought it said funky chav lol

chose the EX88 as it was weighted and I'm a pianist. The heavy keys are odd compared to a clav, but with the organ it works. The action is much nicer than a Mk2 rhodes and you just get to grips with it. If you don't like the action, you can plug an unweighted controller into it. If it sounds thin, you aren't using it right. The sounds were sampled straight off a D6, one in good nick. As for wa-wa, you use a control pedal and if you want to be really funky, use the CP on "autowah"

'm not too sure about an Electro 3, but I'm sure about the Nord sounds as I got rid of my D6, suitcase 73, EP200a, minimoog D and C3 as I realised they were worth more money than dragging them around, fixing them and putting up with their shortcomings.
Ever restrung a D6, retipped it, soldered it, soldered it, repickupped it and then have it break down at a gig. Noticed the feedback you get with a wah and how noisy they are?
They are bloody noisy and a pain. They are cool though. Continued...
