This clip was taken from the north eastern slopes of Beinn Chaorach (818m) and looks across the glen towards Ben Challum. The snow was very deep; up to our knees and even our waists at times. It made for very hard going as we walked first up the glen before climbing NW to gain the safe and easy angled slopes of the broad north ridge. By the time we reached the summit we were in thick cloud and it had started snowing quite hard. It was time to head back down. Not sure if I'll get a painting from this day out ...just a bit too white!
