The reason for the comments about pronunciation might derive from the fact the Latin in the chorus as shown in this video is wrong. The text in the video reads "ex Maria virginae" meaning 'out of Mary the virgin' which is an incorrect elision of the original text which the band are singing, which is "ex Maria virgine" which means 'out of Mary, from a virgin'. It seems the usual internet ability to build urban myth has created a series of duplications on this video channel.
