    So Tim is essentially David Tennant.. believe in yourself Tim and one day you may become the doctor as well. And then marry a doctor's daughter, who then will play your daughter when you play the doctor.

    John adopted the American accent because he was getting bullied by other kids at school and used it as a mechanism to fit in and now when he is back in Scotland he uses his natural accent but when he is on stage, tv or back in the US where his family moved to he uses the American accent so he can easily switch between the two wherever he happens to be at the time!

    Barrowman sold his soul to the TV media (sorry); he was amazing in the theatre with incredible stage presence. I thought Tim was absolutely outstanding though - far and away better than a lot of others with inexplicably successful careers. I hope he goes on to do lots of nice things. x
