Thanks for the complement(not). Thats the captin in the middle with the camo jacket, on his left is regular crew he know's what to do but he's fighing a fish, on skippers right is a first timer along with the guy in the red jacket. They dont know better. I do know better but I was running the camera. You are correct in suggesting to gill and blead immideatly then straight to the slush tank and we normaly do! It was just this time I was on the camera and not the deck!
