I have taken L-glutamin, and it's great to rebuild muscle and intestinal tissue. I take it at night, just before going to bed, so my body can use it to repair itself while I sleep.

My friend , you should reconsider doing the tape of this part 4 again in a differet setting . close to airport is not exactluy the place to talk about this and too far away from your microphone . Thanks anyway . DO IT AGAIN PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sound is bad on this one and I can hardly hear what you said especially when the plane passes. You need a mic on you if you are going to stand this far away from the camera outside.
