www.SapSecurityTrainer.com If you want to manage users from one system then you have to use Central User Administration. It is a Easy setup. You have to pick one system as a Central system and others as child system. Once you setup CUA you will not be able to change users in child system. You can setup the system in such a way that only thing you can maintain in child system is password. This help the client maintaining user master only one. Some of the down sides are client copy takes longer time as you need to uninstall CUA and reinstall CUA. The other down site is if the Central CUA system goes down then you will not be able to maintain users in the child system. The third down side is any mass changes takes time as the change happen with idocs. The advantages are you can maintain user master from one client saving you time and since user master data is maintained from one location it is clean
