To bad you cant get any information from them when you need it! Was on hold for 30mins regarding exams and had to hang up. Loads of emails sent and still no word. Very good to help you learn new skills but i think the staff at NCIRL needs to do a communication course themselves.

come on like i didnt even know wer it was when i got it and on my first day i was walking around looking for it. but one thing i can say is that its the best college in dublin everyone is nice if u get involved its just like one big family STAFF included! manors work in both ways. having a bit of manors towards them might help. in terms of exams 2 people dealing with over 2,000 students in less then two weeks is pretty hard! dont be such a sap. i have many others who will agree with me

Tbh you clearly dont know the staff I know cause they are always lovely to me. . . I Love the classes and just getting involved. Hmmmm I wonder what you do be doing that make the staff act bad towards you? Cause they are always nice to me. AND if they are so bad to you, you should say it to their face and Im sure they would say sorry. . . I Love it Here! Ill be sad to be finished!

I went to NCI and I believe that it is one of the best colleges in the city. The staff are great and were always there if needed a hand with anything.

nice ad....man i cant believe yous had the same problems with the staff in the office...i think colm is the man i had dealings with he has to be one of the most pompous and arrogant man i had to deal with, as i was late paying repeat fees i was belittled for a half an hour over the phone about an e mail he said he sent,which i didn't receive....
