this show got me through a VERY bad time in my life in 1999, going through a divorce,my heat was cut off,my wife was having a affrair..it was such a dark time but i by chance turned on the tv and was hooked and it brought me closer to the lord..i was sad that it went off the air.
I always loved this theme song, wonderful reminder of how God is always looking out for us, and how even in the hard times ("Till the sun don't even shine"), He will always walk with us.
This is one show I thoroughly despised. I felt that the story lines were often exaggerated and/ or sensational. I realize that I will probably get thumbs down by TBA fans, but it's the way I feel. One episode which specifically stood out in my mind was a bride to be was handed a blue letter which said she had leukemia on her wedding day. Why couldn't the writers of this show construct a nice story, instead of sensationalism such as that??? Seriously. This show was actually disturbing.
u know what, if u actually stopped having sex in ur dads bed, and watch a few eps, you would know that tbaa is one of the most beautiful and loving shows ever. so grow up and do ur research before u run ur shitful mouth. WAY TO GO TBAA FANS!!!
Their were many nice stories just as it is in life. Yet, just as in life their are sad stories as well. And sure, sometimes things in show are sensationalized, but with shows like this it is to get a message across. And as sensational as some things in shows can be, life can be just the same or worse. Hence the say, truth is often stranger than fiction. And many stories are based on events that happen everyday in life. Which is why so many can relate to the various stories.
