... Aaaaaanyway, I really, really want the AC Booster, so I'd put up w/ worse things than creepy thumbnails to listen to it:P:D

I agree with Michael that the combination of the AC and RC pedals are worth more together than are the pedals individually. I've used the AC for years and it's a great mid gain pedal that has a slightly "American" voice to it and the RC is a really nice clean boost that can give you some nice hair in your signal. Together you can dial in anything from a fat "boutique" tone to a surprisingly high gain rock tone.

rc booster boosts the volume of your guitar to give the amp a 'fatter sound' and drive the tubes, it can also be a mild overdrive box
the ac booster is an overdrive/boost
