Cheney's orders on 9/11 aren't known, but there re rumours (do the orders stand?) and certainly one wonders how 9/11 could be possible as it took place over hours of time.
We still know almost nothing about the chain of events. There wasn't even a review/inquiry, which you might think would happen.
