i agree about the last part and i own this game.i beat it in 4 days but im a kinda a gamer so. and it is still fun as hell! Find it and buy it!

This game kicks ass. The only beefs I have is that it's too easy and it's pointless to have two playable characters. Yeah, I know you said it was hard, but the 2nd was harder and the 1st was the toughest.

No, Ape Escape P is the Japanese title for Ape Escape: On the Loose. It's just a remake of the original Ape Escape for the PSP.

Sony didn't discontinue the franchise.
They are not releasing the spin-off games like Piposaru Racer and Saru Saru Big Mission, and even the Japanese cartoon show: Saru Get Chu ~On Air~ outside of Asia, ever since Ape Escape 3.

There is a huge chance! Ape Escape is Sonys "Mario Bros." in japan. I wouldn't be surprised if it's already in development. Since PS3 is a complicated console, it might take a while.

Is this an easy game to play for someone who's never tried it before? It looks simple enough and looks like it might be fun.

It's easy to learn, just don't get carried away and skip the tutorials for the gadgets like I did. Big mistake!
