an running the 40 in 5 isnt fast i did that all day in highschool at the age of 18 an my weight was 180 5'11'' i think at that point i was not fast i think 4.3 and under is fast but that dont mean shit usain endurance is epic an thats y he will always be the fastest

u dont understand he holds back 4 a reason. studys have already been done an usain knows this that if he runs 2-3 seconds faster which he can he will blow out his own calfs thats y he holds back

I've seen him off the start. He's not as faster as others but he's up there. I'd give him 4.25-4.35.

@Tikitxiki2 1.4 seconds 0-10 yards. 1.2 seconds 10-20 yards. 0.9 seconds 20-30 yards and .8 for 30-40 yards. i will give usain anywhere from 4.2 to 4.3

this guy doesnt know what hes talking about. I guarantee usain bolt runs no better then a 4.2. I honestly bet hes around 4.3-4.4. Being fast in the hundred is all about momentum and continuence of your acceleration.
