Garry's Mod: Expression 2 Wonder-Ball!

HOW TO DOWNLOAD EXPRESSION 2:

You can't download expression 2 by its self. You need to download the full wire pack. First, download tortoise SVN at http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads you might need to restart your computer afterwards. Once you have done that, make a new folder on your desktop called Wire, the name doesn't really matter though. Open the folder, right-click inside it, and click SVN checkout. Paste this link in the bar https://wiremod.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/wiremod/trunk/wire/
wait for it to download. Once it finishes, click Ok and put the wire folder in addons.
Congratulations, you now have the newest version of wire with Expression 2.

@celtik916 That was done with a mod called "ASS Mod" Admin mod. However, the server values can be changed in a single player game with simple commands. For example, if you want to make the NPC limit 5, you would type this in console: sbox_maxnpcs 5 and for props, sbox_maxprops 100 For this to work in a multiplayer game, you will need to enter the server's RCON password first.
