LaCroix quotes poetry as Schanke pours his bathwater all over him. No, this is not a flashback or a priceless, never-before-seen outtake won at some obscure auction, it's actually not even Forever Knight at all! :) It's a scene from the short-lived Canadian TV series "Once A Thief", episode "Drive, She Said" (1997). So a whole year after FK concluded, John Kapelos & Nigel Bennett found themselves guest starring in the same episode. Coincidentally enough, this show also had "Screed" (the Carouche) as a regular cast member (although he doesn't appear in this clip). Gotta love the "Who's on First" reminiscent lines!

Nigel's character here is called Nicholas Love, and he's every bit the LaCroix type, hissing, evil laughter and all. He even assumes his "Night Crawler" personality, quoting poetry like only Nigel Bennett can. John Kapelos provides the comic relief with his great timing, shining personality and priceless expressions. John & Nigel have great acting chemistry and share the same high level caliber acting, albeit in different areas. Both great Canadian character actors that make watching their scenes a lot of fun!

(No KB in this episode, just sharing this scene for old times' sakes with other Forever Knight fans.) Since John Kapelos & Nigel Bennett only shared one scene in the entire run of the series (in episode Close Call, and what a powerful scene that was!), I thought this would be a fun must-see for FK fans. So no, Schanke isn't really bathing LaCroix...but almost. (And it makes for an intriguing video title, just a joke to help the FK fans find this gem.) Hope you enjoy this clip.
