@HOMEnHIGH I've met both. You're terribly incorrect about "wiggers" just having an identity crisis. The ones in the 2000s that I had issues with (including with the police) have a lot of similarities, so the comparison is the closest that can be made. The "Bling", the street behavior. I should have used the word "similar" because of course they are not identical. But the correlation is stronger than you state. The topic isn't exactly that important to me so we can agree to disagree.

@germanamericanable ...its not exact, its nowhere near...everything else you said is correct, but chavs are not wiggaz,chavs are connected to the spivs of olden days but have sunk "spiv" to new levels, wiggaz just have an identity crisis, none of the behaviour you mentioned is associated with wiggaz on the whole, everything you mentioned is associated with chavs..i understood your point before, but its kinda like associating new age hippies with rastafarianism, because some have dreadlocks

@HOMEnHIGH Similarities do not have to be exact. That is the most common comparison made about them to communicate what they are like to people in the States. Chavs ARE different because "wiggers" were more popular in the noughties, were as now they are just outdated losers. Chavs have higher incidents of crime, which is why I also called them juvenile delinquents. They also vary more in age. I'm sure the point was made.
