My first impressions are that it is quite abstracted and loses all feel of the building due the use of what appears to be video feedback.
It seems like the footage was filmed there, then played on a TV while the camera is placed in front, filming what the TV is showing so creating a continuous two-way feedback loop, then camera moved around, which gives the building a sense of movement.
