Goodbye Forever, CW Logo In WPIX Logo!

Thank you so much CW 11 for changing the logo. Its kind of giving the station it's own identity and personality in my opinion, instead of just slapping The CW with a number 11 on it. It looks great by the way.

The only station that still carries the "11 Alive" moniker is WXIA-TV (NBC) here in Atlanta.

During those years, when the station claimed 11 Alive, I was like saying "Can't you just say channel 11?" It was so annoying at that time.

looks like WPIX is going back to something similar to what it used when it was an indie ... but, the comparisions to WPXI in the Steel City are also in order..

this logo looks more modern, that CW 11 font was too generic looking. we need more WPIX content programing ads and on screen logos during shows so we can see what the new WPIX looks like now. Alot of cable stations no longer carry WPIX like they used to.

Kinda looks like the NBC affiliate logo in Pittsburgh, WPXI.

I do like this new Circle-11 logo and ID design. Sometimes a very simple change is all that is required, and this one works for me..
