I actually encourage people to learn Arabic Fus'ha because it's the way the Quran has been written so they can take a look and read it, another reason just got to my mind that the Fus'ha is actually the base of all Arabic speaker the only different is the accents but almost everybody will understand the Fus'ha but not everybody going to understand the different acents, thanks for all you do you inspiring me soon I will start learning Chinese

Aslamu alaikum brother , you are totally right , well said , what makes arabic so difficult is that there're many dialects but to make it easy just start to learn the standard arabic "fus-ha" then learn a dialect which will take no time I guarantee it ! becausee they're related .That's my advice always , unless the person himself wants to visit some arabic countery for some short time , then I'll tell him to learn few things in the dialect just to help him out , but as an advice to studey no !

Basicly bro, fus'ha is the main body of the whole arabic dialect.
and you know that more than me, if i were trying to learn the arabic language i would start with fus'ha
-
first of all I have just start watching your videos and i enjoy them they are really interresting I am wondering how much time you spend daily on a particular langage
and how it take you to be able to speak it fluently and also what do you think about learning 2 langages at the same time and finally what about assimil methode is it really the best one
Thnk you for answering
شكرا

@laoshu505000 Assalamu 'alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh akhi.Actually the Arabic spoken on t.v. and written in books and periodicals IS NOT Fusha,it is called (M.S.A.)Modern Standard Arabic.Actual Fusha is the arabic contained in the Qur'an,hadith literature and classical arabic literature b.k.a. Classical Arabic.I used to have the same misunderstanding until I started to study the deen more deeply and read about the tradition of our 'ulama and shuykh(religious scholars).

Fusha units all off the country's that speak arabic coz if u know Fusha u can go to any arabic country and they'll understand u but u will odd to people but it's ok coz it's not ur native language.

@Codylangaugesblog A good advise my friend, try to learn just basic fusha, before a dialect, if you want to learn more dialects. Because it would then be easier to learn more dialects when you have the basic grammer :D you can allways learn gulf on the side, just by watching saudi tv or so if you know fusha
learn whatever it is you want to learn and don't allow others to dictate "oh don't learn this or don't learn that". I wish you success in your fusha studies!
As Salaamu Alaikum brother! (not a Muslim (indeed an atheist) here but a devout language learner here so we share a religion :) )
