@crazygrainger2006 I played Rite of Spring first ever piece with an orchestra in at the deep end with the Irish Youth Orchestra at the performance in Cork City Hall the conductor held a pause turned to audience to ask them to stop flash photo never found hid place until the 11/4 bar

I love this piece, but the Tuba and Euphonium parts (in this arrangement) are easy once you feel the groove, because this requires the bass voices to keep a steady pulse/lilt/groove/etc for the band to relax on. The Brass Band arrangement is just about the same, but the Eupho part is more melodic.

@sousaphone68 The second tuba part in Sacre Du Printemps was great fun to play, especially the second act. Those minor 9th jumps (from F in the stave to G-flat above the stave) and the 16th time signatures, amongst other things, made the piece fun to play.

My band is doing this for the music festival in Clonakilty I just live the lyrical clarinet part and the horn solo at the end I see lots of comments saying it's difficult but my tuba part is fairly easy once you start right. Try the firebird suite or sacre du printemps for horrible changing 3,5&7 eight time sugs

NOBODY CARES IF YOU ARE PLAYING THIS SONG!!!
He wrote it in the weird 11/8 and played it as people were walking out to make them stumble since people naturally walk in time to music a lot. And just for fun right when you get used to walking in 11/8 he changes to 13/8. :P
