The poppy Goth-lite 1982 version of her earlier dark classic. Filmed at Alton Towers for a Granada TV program called Hold Tight. That day she filmed the future forthcoming single 'Rebel Run' and this, 'Ieya'82', which was never broadcast or transmitted. Filmed just before She joined the cast of 'The Ebony Tower'in France. Thanks to David @ www.toyah.net for this video source.

This wasn't taped on the same day as Rebel Run, that was done the following year. This was August 1982. By the time Rebel Run was released she had a new hairstyle and (sadly) a different band line up.

You are correct. This wasn't from the same filming as the Rebel Run recording. The other had Simon Darlow on keys and I don't think bassist Phil Spalding did that one.
