ricer = civics, integra's w/ crap mods, and fat fart can exhaust. Basically, ricers are cars that bring down the image on real car enthusiasts.
example would be like T-mobiles Sidekick which is just something that looks out of the ordinary with low end technology in caparison to the Apple i-phone which shows quality from looks to its performance and capabilities.
in this case the T-mobile's sidekick is riced out while the quality iphone is fully built from out to in.

AJP kit is good for well over 300..
and a turbo system doesnt need a blow off valve.. it will just compressor surge

Blow Off doen't have to be noisy for there to be a turbo...

There is a turbo you can hear the whine up, her prolly doesnt have a big BOV, keep it quiet. not everyone wants a loud ass one, bragging about the turbo they have!!
