this is a tad bit difficult but i'll try.

Make two identical video layers

inbetween those layers but i circle in from the video genteratos

change the 2second video layer, the one on top to composite mode luma

change the color of the second video layer to whatever you want the color circle to be

then set the controls and keyframes of the circle.

Make two of the same vide clips, paste on top of the other. Make the bottom one blurry and desaturated and just crop the top one to your liking.

same idea with that wipe.

Yup, I have a mac and do not use sony vegas. Final cut pro is my program.
