2004 honda accord EX-L v6 vtec 3.0 6 speed 2 door coupe walk around

Hard to find 2 door coupe 2004 Honda Accord V-6 EX-L w/ Vtec engine 3.0 litter, with 6 (six) Speed Manual Transmission. Currently has 70,000 miles
It is fully loaded with all the features available on the EX-L (moonroof, 17" wheels, leather interior, heated seats, Ice cold AC, dual-climate control, etc) plus several extras.
The extras are a Honda factory body kit (side and front/rear under spoiler), rear spoiler, fog lamps, 6000k HID low beam headlights, AEM cold air intake, carbon fiber interior trim (factory) and a Borla stainless steel dual exhaust.
It also has a built in bluetooth speaker and an IPOD dock connected directly to the factory stereo that can be controlled on with the built in steering wheel controls.
Tires are in great shape with 80% or more thread.
This car needs nothing...
This thing is insanely fast, no joke, it has a nice deep sound to it (not like the 4 bangers out there) and when it hits vtech is sounds beast.
Clean title ready to get notarized for it's new owner.
Oil was always changed (synthetic) every 2500 miles and it was always garaged.
I average about 26-28MPG around Tucson and in the low 30s on the highways.
Non-Smoker.
Clean title.
Price is been reduced to 11950 dollars for a quick sale, which is 2k under kbb and thats without the 3k I have in it in extras.
