  • @angelsgurl Good question. On the other hand we do not report the scores of cases and parents who present to the ER.

  • @angelsgurl, A fast yank is not at all needed. A gentle tug under the right conditions can also do it. Most cases are actually caused by the child trying to pull something. Do some actual research before even suggesting a daycare should be reported. The state is most likely to overreact in such a situation, causing much grief for parents and providers alike. Such is common in our socialist government.
