@angelsgurl, A fast yank is not at all needed. A gentle tug under the right conditions can also do it. Most cases are actually caused by the child trying to pull something. Do some actual research before even suggesting a daycare should be reported. The state is most likely to overreact in such a situation, causing much grief for parents and providers alike. Such is common in our socialist government.
