Recipe:
Serves 4

2 Foster Farms® chicken breast, sliced into cutlets

Private Selection® Italian seasoning grinder, to taste

4 Tablespoons Private Selection® olive oil, separated

8 oz. sliced portabella mushrooms

1/2 Cup sliced white onion

3/4 Tablespoon chopped garlic

3/4 Cup marsala wine

1/4 Cup heavy cream

4 oz. Private Selection® penne pasta (cooked and drained).

Fresh chopped parsley

Shredded parmesan cheese, optional

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. In the meantime, season the Foster Farms® chicken with the Italian seasoning. Add one tablespoon of the oil to the skillet and swirl to coat well. Add the seasoned chicken and sauté for 1 minute per side. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

Return the same skillet to the heat and add the remaining 3 tablespoons oil. Add the mushrooms and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the marsala wine. Return the skillet to the heat and simmer until the marsala has reduced by 2/3rds.

Add the cream and precooked drained pasta. Return the chicken to the pan and reduce the heat to low. Simmer for 4 minutes. Serve immediately and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese.

  • I really enjoy the way you teach. Thank you!

  • Yum and I subscribed!

  • Ok. Aside from this being a glorified advertisement, this is NOT a good method to prepare this dish! Eventhough, chicken marsala is not an actual Italian dish, this is STILL no way to prepare it! Look elsewhere.

  • how does he know what time of the year it is?

  • is marsala a drinking or cooking wine

  • @p13m4n That is how I found this video. I personally like the way it comes out with this recipe. For people that just like to say its wrong...post a link to what you think is the correct way. There are too many different versions to a recipe... I found one that I think comes out good. I am not going to go through and look at all of them.

  • Don't feel bad, lightscameracook, most cooking videos on YouTube have low-class comments. It's really easy to be rude through a computer screen from across six hundred miles. The point is how it tastes in the end, and this tastes delicious.

  • That looks great..

  • this recipe made me famous in the family :D

  • Aghh!!!! Chicken on a Wooden Cutting Board!!!!
