  • guys, I really liked this video, there is too much bull.. on the net and in magazines..

For the hardgainers like me out there..

every morning I blend 40 grams oatmeal, put half a scoop or one scoop protein powder, add a banana, a little honey and orange juice. great tasting shake!! Before training = orange juice with a little creatine (5gr) and after the training a protein shake.. I weighed 70kg in octobre(before I started training) and in march I weighed 80 kg.. SUCCESSSS

nice of you for sharing that, I agree some people make it a complicated science and end up confusing beginners like me...I'm already on the right path listening to what the 2 guys are saying and looking at your formula as well...thanks!

  • @capoeirrra

cool a cup of orange juice and how many spoons of honey?

  • Great drink! I use it and love it.

  • Lemon-Lime gatorade with vanilla protein taste like a key lime pie!

  • Postworkout I'm thinking of combining both a fast carb and a slower carb. The fast carb can immediately address the glycogen depletion while the slower carb absorbs at a similar rate as the whey so that they're in the bloodstream at the same time.

Any thougts on this? ..Don't mean to be 'anal' about it. heh Cheers..

  • @westybrook You should consume a gram of protein per every pound of bodyweight per day. If you weigh 180 pounds you should consume 180 grams of protein evenly proportioned throughout about 6 meals a day.

  • I have a protein that has creatine in it as well as other things, I have this with a banana.

  • lee hayward!!! U da man

  • Great info man!
