One should remember that this plane began life as an airliner..

Desperate Journey starring Errol Flynn, Ronald Regan, Raymond Massey, Alan Hale Senior. Aircraft used to escape from Nazi Occupied France and return to England. I would love to fly in it.

Excellent, it must be the only Lockheed Hudson left in existence. I thought that there were precisely none?

The first time I saw the Wigram Hudson was in 1961, on a farm a few kilometres south of Oamaru, with only the fuselage sitting in a paddock. Five years later, I had the opportunity to go inside it and stepped through and over years of chicken feathers and droppings. Not a pretty sight. The next time I saw the aircraft was ten years ago, in the museum. Now fully restored, it looks great and is a credit to everyone involved.

There is a Hudson mk3 at the RNZAF Museum at Wigram Christchurch. It is complete but static display only. Very nice aircraft with a lot of history for NZ and Australia.

This Hudson is owned by the Temora Aviation Museum, NSW, Australia. It is the only one flying in the world.

This was the last Airworthy Hudson in Australia . It was on the gold coast and owned by the long brothers . I think they donated / sold it to the Australian war museum and it is now retired .
