Can you steam videos remotely? For instance, let say i am at my friends house and we want to watch video from my WHS. So is it possible for the server to steam the movie instead of me downloading the video first on my friend's pc?

Yea it would. I hope to get one and this seems to be exactly what I'm looking for based on all I've seen on it so far. I want to store my 1080i quality video recordings from my DVR, files, documents, pics etc, be able to stream them to multiple people at the same time, and be able to remotely access them. I may also want to host my own website and games.
