For 25 consecutive months, I served in the United States Peace Corps in the People's Republic of China (2007-2009). After teaching about America for over two years, I decided the best way to "readjust" to my motherland is to go on the Great American Road Trip. 8197 miles later, with the support of some amazing friends scattered throughout the country, here is over 2 hours of film covering 27 states condensed to 3 minutes and 18 seconds. This video is dedicated to my family, friends, all open-minded Americans and Chinese, all past, present, and future Peace Corps Volunteers, our American military servicemen and women, Henry David Thoreau, and anyone with a sense of adventure and/or willing to give it all up to help others.
