Master Chef Fritz Sonnenschmidt at the TriC Hospitality Management Center

Cuyahoga Community College along the with American Culinary Federation brought Master Chef Fritz Sonnenschmidt to the Hospitality Management Center at Public Square Cleveland. Chef Fritz gave a hands-on demonstration on cured meats and sausage. Many local area chefs as well as Tri-c culinary students were in attendance.
